Nuclear Rope-a-Dope, Part III

Reuters has the latest on Iran's nuclear posturing. Seems that Tehran will soon re-start "nuclear fuel research" (code words for uranium enrichment and related activities), while insinuating that the Russian "deal" might still be acceptable. Apparently, Tehran is now demanding that the proposed enrichment of Iranian uranium in Russia be accompanied by similar efforts in Iran.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) could refer the Iranian nuclear program to UN Security Council as early as March. But don't bet on it. Tehran is using its rope-a-dope strategy very well, and I'm sure they will do something to keep the diplomatic wheels moving--and keep the IAEA from referring the matter to the Security Council.
