Back to Work

...after a weekend visit to South Carolina, preceded by a business trip to the Midwest. Along the way, I had a personal encounter with last week's snowstorm (which left me briefly stranded in Philadelphia), and the horrendous customer service of U.S. Air. Note to self: avoid business trips to the Upper Midwest in December, and avoid U.S. Air at all costs. More on that later...
