The View From 600 Meters

Over at The Mudville Gazette, I found a link to a terrific blog by a U.S. Army sniper, currently serving in Iraq. During an engagement in Samarra, one of the team took out a terrorist running past a small window (inside a building) at a range of 600 meters. As someone who always struggled to qualify with the M-16 and 9 mm, I can only tip my hat to such amazing feats of marksmanship.

One shot, one kill.
