I know, we assume it is a totally failed state that needs to be taken over by the south -- not one that will someday be reborn through evolutionary change. But the heir apparent was educated in the west, speaks several languages, and might just be less of a megalomaniac than his father. True, he's very young (not yet 30) and inexperienced, but he sounds like a more cosmopolitan creature than his father.
