Thou...The poll's results are indeed stunning. <br /><br />Though not representative of enduring rank-and-file morale, there is no mistaking the CinC to whom's feet the problem is laid, the gravity of its migration to strategic nuclear force disciplinary problems (AF and Navy) of late, and its eventual impact on recruiting SOG candidates.<br /><br />The problem with lawyers as CinC is that unlike former Senator Jim Webb most never served in the military and of the few who did most have only been rear echelon JAGs. <br /><br />Consequently, the legal profession not only envies the public's respect for veterans and high-ranking military leaders, but assert intellectual superiority over the high-ranking in unnecessarily visible and publicly demeaning ways. <br /><br />The single relevant question Military Times should put to civilians is whether parents would advise their children against joining in our all-volunteer military.<br /><br />Would you nowadays?<br /><br /><br /> <br /> <br /><br />Vigilishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05051789616490005367noreply@blogger.com
