It's ...You know what they're really terrified of... It's right there in their screed:

"Naming an active-duty general as head of the CIA sends a chill down the back of many who cherish the Constitution and it's provisions for protection of free speech."

Their version is (at all costs) to maintain continuing protection of the leakers to MSM.

Goss was both ex CIA and ex US Rep. He was always (had to be) acutely aware of political considerations, even if he didn't bow down to them.

Gen. Hayden is cut from a totally different cloth - He's very much the equivelent to a COO (Chief Operating Officer) in the private sector, and his job is to make things work and work well and work well consistantly.

The CIA leakers, if they've got their wits about them, should be already implementing their personal job exit strategy (from CIA) right now, because once Hayden has his team in place, they will be found out & removed. And it won't be done out of political motivation, as much as it will be done operational.

This will be fun to watch. I'm just salivating to see how the different MSM outlets react when their "sources" are rolled up one by one.Making The Wheels Turnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14786636690998841783noreply@blogger.com
